Nature-Based Supports
Welcome to a space where professional clinical support meets the healing power of nature. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed sessions across the Coffs Coast, designed to help you slow down, regulate, and build lasting resilience in the forest and by the sea.
1:1 Individual Nature Therapy & Support
A space to slow down, ground yourself, and explore personal wellbeing with gentle, targeted support.
While group walks foster community, individual sessions are designed entirely around you. Combining nature-based social work with guided forest therapy, 1:1 sessions offer a calm, safe environment to process life’s challenges, build nervous system regulation, or simply reconnect with yourself in the quiet of nature.

Is an Individual Session Right for You?
What to Expect in a 1:1 Session
Individual sessions are ideal if you are looking for:

-
A Quieter Pace: Space to explore feelings, stress, or burnout without the presence of a larger group.
-
Nervous System Regulation: Gentle, sensory invitations to help ease anxiety, quiet a busy mind, and release tension.
-
Integrated Support: Clinical and professional support wrapped in the gentle, non-judgmental presence of the natural world.
