I look forward to meeting you on the land.

Coffs Coast Nature Therapy & Support
Evidence-based nature therapy and social work support for the Coffs Coast. Providing professional, therapeutic sessions designed to build capacity, improve emotional regulation, and foster empowerment through the natural world.
Therapeutic Support
I provide tailored social work support for complex cases and disabilities, focusing on 1:1 capacity building. My aim is to empower individuals to overcome challenges and reach their NDIS goals through a trauma-informed lens.
Nature Therapy
Guided forest therapy sessions informed by INFTA standards. I use nature-based sensory immersion to improve mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and support neurological regulation for participants of all abilities.
Empowerment
Holistic programs dedicated to developing independence and community connection. I provide a safe, natural environment for individuals to build confidence, resilience, and functional life skills.
🌱 1:1 Individual Nature Therapy & Support: A space to slow down, ground yourself, and explore personal wellbeing with gentle, targeted support.
🌿 NDIS Therapeutic Support: Individual and group capacity building for participants seeking trauma-informed, nature-based social work.
🍃Community Immersions: Accessible 3-hour group sessions designed for locals to slow down, breathe, and find community connection.
💼 Workplace Wellbeing: Evidence-based nature therapy programs to help local teams reduce burnout and build resilience.

"The forest is like our mother, a sacred place, a gift to us humans from the divine.
It is a paradise of healing.
Mother Nature fills us with wonder and curiosity and invites us in.
She works in harmony with us and with our innate capacity for healing.
This is the foundation of forest medicine."
