About Me
I am a qualified Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex case management, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic intervention.
My practice is rooted in empowerment, somatic grounding, and nature-based wellbeing. By taking therapy beyond four walls, I combine evidence-based social work practices with guided nature connection, offering a safe, restorative space for clients to reduce stress, regulate their nervous system, and build meaningful lives on their own terms.
Evidence-Based Wellbeing & Forest Therapy
-
The Practice: Guided by INFTA standards, Forest Therapy is a evidence-based practice designed to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system and boost mental clarity.
-
Workplace Wellbeing: Facilitated 3-hour immersive sessions for teams and organisations focused on burnout prevention, stress mitigation, and team cohesion in high-pressure sectors.
-
Community Groups: Guided community walks across the Coffs Coast (minimum 4 participants) exploring the therapeutic benefits of slow-paced, sensory nature immersion.
-
Nervous System Regulation: Sessions run for a minimum of 2 hours to allow sufficient time for the body to transition from a stress response into a state of restorative calm.
-
Trauma-Informed Care: Every session, whether in a 1:1 clinical setting, an NDIS capacity-building walk, or a corporate group, is delivered through a trauma-informed lens, to ensure psychological safety for all participants.
